The dimensions of the Quality Inn's Meeting Room is 12' W x 26" L or 312 SqFt.  They furnish 4 tables (30" wide x 96" Long) which allows 3 boards for comfortable playing, or 6 players. There are 24 nice padded chairs that go with the tables. They also have a 2' x 4' table we may use as a scorekeeper table. The room has ample lighting for a tournament and has an independent HVAC unit to keep the room comfortable. There is a projector screen and a nice wall chart. Two nice Women & Men's restrooms are next door on the right. We have access to a big ice machine to fill our cooler. We have access to the dining area and lobby after breakfast closes at 9:00 am.
